Getting Started
Getting Started clients will receive an initial consultation with WAM during which we will help to establish your financial goals and determine a course of action that has the best chance to achieve the desired results. We will then suggest an investment strategy to be followed by the client when setting up the proper college savings account. The fee for this program is $150 per hour.
Valu529 clients will receive an initial consultation with WAM during which we will review your existing college savings strategy and recommend any needed changes.
Clients will receive 6- and 12-month reviews and advice on future contributions. Valu529 clients will also have access to Greg Werlinich via phone or email. The fee for this program is $150 for the initial meeting then $25 per month, billed quarterly.
Do you need a greater level of assistance? Would you like to be relieved of the responsibility of managing your own college planning effort and wondering if you are doing everything possible to pay for your child’s college education? If so, the Activ529 program is for you.
Clients will receive detailed quarterly statements showing all activity in the account as well as the monthly and cumulative performance of the funds. WAM will calculate the cost basis of each fund in your account, so you know exactly how that fund is performing. For investors with considerable 401(k) balances, or for any investor who wants this crucial asset to be professionally managed, this program is for you. The fee for this program is $150 for the initial meeting then $50 per month, billed quarterly.
