The LifeStages program is a suite of investment management options designed to accommodate the transitions in your life. Whether you are just beginning to save and invest for the future, or already have a considerable portfolio and complex needs,we have a plan for you. The LifeStages program is designed to grow with you as your needs change and your portfolio grows. For a low monthly fee, WAM can either actively manage, or advise upon, your personalized investment program. The LifeStages program offers 7 program levels based on the total assets under consideration:

• New Beginning
  Up to $25,000 in balances. Monthly management fee of $35.00.
• Level II
  $25,001 to $50,000 in balances. Monthly management fee of $70.00.
• Level III
  $50,001 to $75,000 in balances. Monthly management fee of $105.00.
• Level IV
  $75,001 to $100,000 in balances. Monthly management fee of $140.00.
• Silver Level
  $100,001 to $1,000,000 in balances. Active management for 1.25% annual fee.
• Gold Level
  $1,000,000 to $3,000,000 in balances. Active management for 1.00% annual fee.
• Platinum Level
  Over $3,000,000 in balances. Active management for less than a 1.00% annual fee. The exact percentage will be based on the size of the account.

Hourly Consultations

In order to be of service to investors with less complex needs, WAM will also provide hourly consultations for a fee of $150 per hour. These consultations can be on any topic that relates to saving or investing.
